Adfast Corp. was born in 1989 from the merger of two companies at the time owned by Claude Dandurand and David van Wely. The name Adfast Corp originates from an abbreviation of the words ADHESIVE and FASTENER.

The group’s ultimate objective is to become the largest and best supplier of assembly technologies in the world. Adfast caters to manufacturing processes with applications requiring technical and specialized assembly solutions. A customer-focused strategy has enabled Adfast to become one of the largest organizations within the Canadian assembly technology industry, and a similar pattern is being pursued in the United States. Alliances built with dominant global players have enabled Adfast to deliver the latest and most efficient assembly solutions to customers. Although the primary focus has always been assembly, expertise has expanded to include coatings, finishes and application equipments.
